Arizona Desert Valley RV Park

Desert Valley RV Park is a 350 unit RV Park, with a 1000 feet frontage on I-10 and 3 miles south east of I-8, located in the City of Toltec/Eloy, half way (one hour in either direction) between Tucson and Phoenix Arizona.

Toltec/Eloy, Arizona (population 15,000) is located in the Golden Corridor of Pinal County, a mature and established recreational vehicle resort market. Pinal County has blue, smog free, desert skies for approximately 300 days per year.

Desert Valley is a full service RV Park with full amenities such as: a 17,000 square feet recreational facility with a recreational center, laundromat, post office, card room, library, computer room, coordinator office, kitchen, management offices, heated swimming pool with spa, water, sewer, electricity, phone, cable TV system, and WIFI. The grounds are fully landscaped and the streets are paved and have curb and gutter. The interchanges are Toltec’s gateway to the outside world and the outsider’s gateway to the area. The region is rich in outdoor recreational opportunities. Scenic Attractions: Picacho Peak is the site of the only Civil War battle in Arizona. The battle is re-enacted every spring. Mt. Newman and the rest of the Picacho Mountains offer a beautiful panorama to the east of the site. The Sawtooth Mountains have a very distinctive profile to the south and west. Another point of historic interest is the Casa Grande National Monument, 15 miles north of the site. Water enthusiasts enjoy several man-made lakes to the northeast, where they can fish, swim and water ski nearly all year. The metropolitan areas of Tucson and Phoenix offer a wide variety of attractions. Toltec/Eloy is 10 miles from the City of Casa Grande (population 35,000) with a major hospital, shopping from major fashion malls to unique Arizona boutiques, restaurants, golf courses, casinos and full banking services.
